Missguided lustings

Hiyaaaaaaa
SO it's no secret that I have no self control when it comes to spending I'm sorry! But now that my money well and truly has run out, I have rationed myself to creating wish lists so I can lust over items and then buy them every payday ( we can only pray I don't get too buying happy!)
Missguided has to be one of my favourite sites where you can snap up COMPLETE bargains in my opinion, for items that look as good quality elsewhere, same or better design for at least ten pounds cheaper. When you see my wish list you will notice some familiar faces for this seasons trend and realise that the prices really are to be reckoned with!!

The £2.99 Technic Cheek tint was the first thing that caught my eye. Now I may be completely out of touch but I haven't seen this before & would be interested to see how it performed as a Benefit dupe!
The two hats were unavoidable really, I have to wear hats fur to my hair but I'm also pretty fond of them! The Rovena Roller hat with Bow in burgundy comes in at £12.99, which by no means matches my eBay bargains but is a lot cheaper than other sites! The Palenie Leaf Beanie hat is the same price, and is a tad compulsive after motel rocks 'leaf' print patterns.
The Akema Jewel Plate necklace was a necessity as the £45 one on Asos had completely sold out so this was a real bargain gem to stumble upon! The pastel bag has a similar story attached, the Mignon Jewel Detail Square Bag in Blush is a measly £19.99 for a real show stopper for this season. The Doliata laser cut envelope bag in blue was a little necessary as its only £16.09 in the sale, and anything reduced, bright & gorgeous naturally catches my eye!

Fashion fashion fashion, where do I even begin? These picks really speak for themselves to me, they're calling 'please buy me, please love me & wear me' of course I reply 'I love you so much I just can't afford you!'
Skirts wise you can't have missed the huge pencil skirt PVC trend, now I'm so short I was praying for something a little less lengthy so when I saw Nasgia PVC mini skirt in pink I was completely over the moon, for £18 too?! The Ekata Hologram A-Line Skirt for £24.99 left me longing for more as I've totally fallen for the holographic trend, and fallen hard!
I love the vibrancy of the Christa Rose print playsuit £29.99 I always crave a long sleeved playsuit but with a fun, bold print and this is definitely the one for me!
I adore the 60's & am very excited for the upcoming shift dress trend so I couldn't resist the Corenia collared floral shift dress for £30. It's fresh, feminine smart and featuring quirky contrast collars!
Who can resist the Keira Faux Fur Open Cape in Black I certainly can't, but I think my bank balance is tactfully dodging the £60 bill! As much as I was dying to pair the coat with the beautiful Lucija Floral Brocade Trousers which look so expensive, tailored an rich in colour for £29.99.
I'm a walking, talking, breathing Missguided praiser & obsessive, & I'm not sorry!

Styling up Tartan OOTD'S

20131114-142005.jpg
Hello lovelies!
So today I decided to give you a little insight into one of my fashion posts particularly with the start of my new fashion blog here yesterday! I thought that I'd make the most of the tartan trend and the minuscule amount of sunlight and warmth remaining. This Autumn I bought two tartan pieces that I wanted to be able to wear time again but integrate it into different looks. 20131114-142349.jpg
My first tartan outfit I wanted to use features :
Tartan rucksack with faux leather (George at Asda £12)
My favourite 70's style floppy hat (ebay £5.00)
A plain spaghetti strap bodycon dress(Asos £14.99)
Patterned black tights(M&S £3.50)
Beige tassel boots (Zara £39.99)
Leather jacket (Miss Selfridge £49.99)
Gold choker style necklace (Dorothy Perkins £7.99)

I decided to use my bare minerals make up for very fair skin and I'm pleased to say that I don't feel like a tangoed wotsit monster anymore. I find it so hard for make-up that actually covers up my tired skin but doesn't make me look really orange!

My second outfit features-
eBay tartan skort (£14.99)
Felt bowler hat from eBay (£5)
New Look black 3/4 sleeve blazer (£24.99)
Chelsea heeled boots from Very (£49.99)
Plain box top from Topshop (£14.99)
Tights as seen above M&S (£3.50)
I hope you enjoyed! X

Isabel Marant Winter picks

Hello lovelies,
So like many of you I have been lusting over the Isabel Marant collection for H&M, but unfortunately don't have the money to fund my desires. However Christmas is upon us in such little time that perhaps I will be able to nab these either after or if I am very lucky as presents! As soon as I entered H&M's website I was filled with beautiful fabrics, colours and textures, I was in complete heaven. This is the day I vow to get a walk in wardrobe as soon as my life permits, as I dream of being able to see my outfits without having to rummage, throw or literally just stand staring, waiting for my outfits to choose themselves.

Here are my choices from the seemingly never ending dream collection:

1. So perhaps the Jacket with beaded embroidery shouldn't go on my Christmas wishlist at £199.99..BUT I beg you to not be tempted by the heavy embellishment and the injection of colours that lay amongst the sharp design of the quilted cotton twill. I want to be wearing this on an Autumn day for a lunch, no event or excuse needed to show of this beauty.

2.I have been obsessed with Marled jumpers and cardigans for a while and this Wool Cardigan is no exception. I'm happy to dish out £79.99 for a thick, warm monochrome woolen cosy up. I can't say I would actively choose to have a zip up, but I wouldn't say I minded too much either as I am too in love with the design.

3. The Sequined trousers (£149.99) kind of remind me of last years French Connection sequin legging phase, which sold out pretty quickly. However I prefer these trousers as they are ankle length which is great news to someone who is 5 foot 3, and have an elasticated waist so they do almost mirror the design of the leggings. I think they are stunning for a Winter's night out and really help with my outfit dilemmas when the weather takes a turn for the worse.

4.I couldn't resist adding the Silk top(£39.99) after being enticed by the glitter and the racer back. I really do hate the comparison and hype of 'Gatsby' at the moment- I think the fashion is beautiful but it's really been trawled out (plus the book is much better). The top is very glamorous, but still I am known to like to wear sequins, embellishment and sparkles on a casual day dressed down with some boyfriend jeans, or even paired with some leather leggings. I don't particularly mind what someone thinks- I feel more sparkly if I have sparkles on!

5.I picked the Cotton scarf(£24.99) despite it being in the Men's section. I looked at the collection as a whole and picked out my favourite pieces and really fell in love with it. I like the braid and the fringe trim, and think sometimes you can dull down a very dressy outfit with a simple casual scarf (that's if you needed to!)

6. The Suede Boots(£59.99) are from the children's section but seeing as I am size 4 I do see any problems in wearing kids shoes! I don't usually go for brown boots but there is something very attractive about them, and enticing me to style them with a dress and the Men's scarf that I picked out.

Have you found anything in the Collection that you literally cannot wait to buy? I'm expecting my dreams of wishlists and waiting to purchase will be shattered following a sell out...but none the less I can only pray!

I hope that you will still enjoy this blog, and keep reading my old but continually cherished blog!

Hope to speak to you all very soon-
